Sirocco will return to BPM studios on February 17th to record their second full length album; "The March Through Crimson Frost". It is tentatively due for a July 2007 release.

Its been a stressful weekend... Our sincerest appologies to Shardborne and anybody who had hoped to see us in Limerick tonight. Due to unforseen circumstances on behalf of our drummer, we were forced to cancel at the last minute. Hopefully we will be given the opportunity again, to play in Limerick, in the near future. Also, we would like to thank everybody who came out to see Sirocco this afternoon in Cork. Especially those who still came out with the knowledge that Breed77 had cancelled their appearance. Anybody who bought a ticket online for this show will have their credit card automatically refunded... The Sirocco guestbook has seemingly been down for the last few months, without me realising. It will be fixed later tonight.

Sirocco will open for Breed77 on October 7th at 2pm, for an all ages gig in "An Cruiscin Lan", Cork, before packing up and heading to Limerick to play later that night with Shardborne in "Riddler's Bar". Also, December sees Acheron Promotions' Winterfest!, which will include bands from all over the country, including Mael Mordha, Carnun Rising, For Ruin, Sirocco, Sorrowfall, Hallowed, Flatline + More to be announced...

"Nemed; An Triu Creathan" is now available in HMV, Cork, and will be available in all other Irish branches by the end of the month. It will also be available for internet download on itunes, napster, rhapsody and msn music to name a few, before the end of September. More gigs will be announced soon.

Thanks to everyone who came out to see us on Saturday and Sunday in Cork! We enjoyed every second of it, and can't wait to get back on stage. Luckily enough for us, we will be playing this Friday night in Paul Flynn's, Lombard Street, in Waterford City. Make sure to come along! Also, a live video of a brand new Sirocco song, "The March Through Crimson Frost", is available to download from our myspace page. It was recorded in the Half Moon Theatre on Sunday. Feedback appreciated!

Thanks to everyone who everyone who came out on Thursday night to see our debut with vocalist, Paul Flynn. Firebird and Skypilot were absolutely fantastic, and a pleasure to play with. Hopefully we will get a chance to play with Skypilot again in the future. Also, thanks to Ben Kelleher for filling in on bass at the last minute, and doing a great job, as Ciaran has come down with a condition known as Cellulosis. Our best wishes go out to him, and we hope he recovers as soon as possible!
